Cancellation Policy:

• Deposit not refundable unless cancellation for any portion of stay is received 14 days prior to arrival date. (Exception: If room reserved is subsequently rented by another guest, deposit (less $10.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded.)

• We can accommodate late arrivals with prior arrangements.
• We can accommodate late check-out with prior arrangement. Please note, if occupants have not checked out by 1:00 p.m. at the latest, an additional one-nights stay will be charged.
• Ask about bringing in outside guests to join you for breakfast!
• For the health of all our guests, SMOKING is allowed only in outside designated areas. All our rooms are 100% smoke free.
• For the respect of all our guests, quiet time is at 10:00 p.m.
• Our facilities are mainly equipped for children over the age of 10 years, but special allowances can be made. Please call for more information.
